today
greying the world
a dark
velvety carpet of
grey
covers the world
or perhaps it’s a blanket
not meant
to bring gloom
but instead
wanting to warm us
wrap us
in it’s all
hold us close to it’s
greyness
no
it’s grey
today
simply
grey
